PearryBananaGreenSmoothie  Perry Banana Green Smoothie!

This smoothie is awesomely sweet and savory, and for all those who don’t care for the compassionate milk (non-dairy milks) you don’t have to worry because you can use WATER! :).

Serves 1-2

Ingredients:

1-2 cups of spinach

3 medium sized bananas

2 pears (I’m using bartlett my fav)

1-2 cups of strawberries

1 cup of water

Directions:

Put spinach in your blender with the water first and blend well. Then add the remaining fruits. Feel free to add 1 cup of ice to make it more cold!

You can also leave the strawberry tops on, they are green and nutritious too!
