Feel free to write in a journal or notebook your self reflections for today’s challenge:
After doing the meditation and yoga for today what intention for your life and/or business do you feel intuitively guided to make?
In other words what do you want to create in your life/business this month and for the remainder of this year? Is it connection? Is it abundance? Is it joy? Is it love? Write it down for yourself.
I suggest you start your day off with a fresh fruit and/or fruit and veggie smoothie. Besides water having fresh high vibrational live foods help you to shape your reality and life even better because you’ll be able to cultivate higher consciousness, clarity, and connection with your divine true self because nothing will be blocking your ability to hear divine guidance from your soul. Think about it this way: if you put white granulated sugar in the gas tank of your car it wouldn’t run anymore. So think about your body as an bioelectrical engine that works best when you put in the right fuels. Divine Living Foods are those right fuels to get you started!

Fruits
1 cantaloupe
1 bunch of bananas (about 8 bananas)
1 pineapple
3 cups of strawberries
1 papaya
1 orange
Veggies
1 bag of spinach
1 bunch of romaine lettuce
1 small bunch of basil (baby basil will do)

1 liter of compassionate milk (almond, soy, rice, oat, unsweetened)
Smoothie Recipes
Sweet Green Smoothie | Serves 1-2
1 cup of compassionate milk
1 cup of strawberries
1 cup of pineapple
1 orange
1 cup of spinach
1 cup of ice
Basil Banana Surprise | Serves 1-2
1 cup of compassionate milk
1 cup of strawberries
3 bananas
1 cup of pineapple
1 cup of basil
1 cup of spinach
Tropical Sunshine | Serves 1-2
1 cup of compassionate milk
1 cup of pineapple
2 cups of papaya
1/2 cup of pineapple
1/3 of cantaloupe
1 cup of spinach
Tropical Volcano | Serves 1-2
1 cup of compassionate milk or water
1 cup of pineapple
2 bananas
2 cups of papaya
6-7 leaves of romaine lettuce
Strawberry Cantaloupe Delight | Serves 1-2
1 cup of compassionate milk
1 cup of strawberries
2 cups of cantaloupe
2 bananas
2 cups of spinach
Smoothie Directions
1. Blend liquids and greens first, and blend until smooth.
2. Add the remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth.
3. Add ice if you’d like it to be cold.
Smoothie Tips
1. I recommend that you keep the green tops on the strawberries, and the orange pinths for extra nutritional benefits.
2. Because fruits and veggies don’t have a lot of calories individually I suggest that if you are using the smoothies as 1 meal replacement you consume the total amount suggested above (which is about 42-64 ounces) to get enough calories and also feel full/satiated.
3. Use fresh fruits or freshly frozen fruits for your smoothies. Try to avoid canned fruits and packaged fruits if possible.
4. Try to only use the bananas when they are ripe. They are ripe when you see brown speckles on them. That is also when they are the most sweet and tasty! So if you purchase your bananas and they are green or yellow with no speckles, try to make the other suggested smoothie recipes without bananas first until your bananas ripen later in the week.
