Most of us lead busy lives, whether we work for ourselves or others. And sometimes it may feel like you just don’t have time to be healthy or exercise. That’s why for me I commit to at least 5 minutes a day because I know that it will reduce my reluctance for stepping on my mat and get my body moving.
