Green Smoothie For Your Sweet Tooth! Great for your time of month ladies!
1 cup of grapes
1/2 a small cantaloupe (about 2 1/2 cups)
1 1/2 cup of spinach
1 cup of compassionate milk (I’m using almond milk)
Blend spinach and compassionate milk until smooth. Then add the remaining ingredients and blend altogether. Add ice if you want it cold or pre-freeze the cantaloupe and/or grapes.
As a rule of thumb you’re supposed to eat Melons alone, however every now and then it’s good to break the rules especially when it tastes so dang on good! So try it out and let me know how it goes below!
