I’ve decided to start incorporating more whole vegan foods into my day to day meals and diet because of the various health symptoms I began to experience over the past 1 1/2 years of not being vegetarian/vegan. So in this video I talk about why, and invite you to join me on my journey back to veganism.

Now I don’t profess to be 100% vegan or aim to be, but I do know as a health coach and recovered health freak what my personal body’s optimum health looks like and that only happens when I have lots of fruits and vegetables.
